Churchill is the longest established specialist in equestrian property, exclusively marketing country and equestrian properties throughout Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.
We have a fully computerised database which can match our many applicants to each individual property. We endeavour to provide honest and accurate descriptions of all equestrian properties with information on show centres, local hacking and hunt country. Churchill also have sponsored many equestrian activities, including show jumping, point to pointing, horse trials and dressage. We firmly believe in investing in the countryside and country sports and Churchill's are a member of the Countryside Alliance.
We place extensive editorial and advertising both nationally and locally in many equestrian and country publications including Horse and Hound magazine, Local Rider, Country Illustrated, Englands Equestrian, NFU Countryside, Sussex Life and Surrey Life. We also advertise in the property pages in local papers and other local publications. We have an extensive internet footprint and we are members of Primelocation.
We have a professional and friendly team who all have an in depth knowledge of property and horses, which gives Churchill an advantage over many other companies, by being able to understand the needs and requirements of both Applicants and Vendors alike.
