A 10 box yard with both internal and external stables, all with rubber matting , wash bay and cross ties with running hot water and a tack room. The 40m x 20m, indoor school has both mirrors and a sprinkler system. The yard also offers a horse walker, approx. 14 acres of grazing to be shared with landlord, and fantastic hacking straight from the property and a seasonal jumping/schooling paddock for use in the summer months.

A large 60m x 35 outdoor arena is to be installed this year with further new stabling to create a smart set up of 16 boxes. The further 6 boxes will be available to rent once completed (please ask agent for the rental figures).
